1 Account Registration and Authentication Information
1.1 When you first register and log in to the platform client, you need to provide your mobile phone number and create a login password or the institutional information provided by the authentication authority. The above information is necessary for you to use the services of this platform. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to use our services normally.
1.2 Information We Collect When You Use Our Services
1.2.1 Business Information. This includes, but is not limited to, business name, business email address, contact person, business account, payment account, and other business-related information.
1.2.2 Personal Information. This includes, but is not limited to, name, contact information, payment account, and other personal information.
1.2.3 Log Information. When you use our services, we may automatically collect relevant information and store it as service log information.
1.2.4 Device information. For example, device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, software installation list, MAC address, IP address, GPS location information, software version number, gyroscope sensor, accelerometer sensor, and other software and hardware feature information.
1.2.5 Usage Data. Browsing and click records, software usage records.
1.2.6 Service Log Information. For example, information you search for or view while using our services, service fault information, referral URLs, etc.

1.2.8 Transaction information. 1.3 To provide you with more convenient, high-quality, and personalized products and/or services and enhance your experience, we may collect and use your information in the following additional services we provide to you. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of basic services such as the platform, but you may not be able to enjoy the user experience provided by these additional services. These additional services include:
1.3.1 To ensure timely communication of information, we will obtain your device's notification permissions to facilitate the timely delivery of information you need;
1.3.2 To help you better use our products or services, we will collect relevant information. For example, information you submit through our customer service, platform messages, or participation in events we organize. When you contact us, we may retain your communication/call records and content or the contact information you provide, to contact you or assist you in resolving issues, or to record the solutions and outcomes of related issues.
1.4 Some of our services may require you to provide specific personal sensitive information to achieve specific functions. If you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to use certain functions of the service normally, but this will not affect your use of other functions of the service. If you voluntarily provide specific personal sensitive information, it means that you agree to our processing of your personal sensitive information in accordance with the purposes and methods described in this policy.
II. How we collect and use your information
We strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations and our agreements with users, and use the collected information for the following purposes. If we use your information beyond the scope of these purposes, we will provide you with further explanation and obtain your consent.
2.1 Login and registration. When you register or log in to this platform, you can create an account using your mobile phone number and complete the relevant online identity verification information (password) and mobile verification code. 2.2 Enterprise Binding. After completing registration, if you wish to further explore or use the platform's features, we will require you to link your registered account with your enterprise information, among other details. Specific linked information is detailed in Section 1.2. If you refuse to provide such information, you will be unable to continue using the relevant features, but this will not affect your ability to use other platform functions normally.
2.3 To help you better experience the other features of third-party platforms we collaborate with, when you use the services provided by third-party platforms, we will share your aforementioned information with third-party partner platforms with your consent and authorization. If you do not allow this platform to provide your information to third parties, you will not be able to use the services provided by third-party platforms, but this will not affect your use of the features provided by this platform.
2.4 Posting information. When you need to use the information posting feature, we will request your authorization for camera and album permissions to upload information and image files. If you refuse to grant authorization, you will be unable to use this information posting feature, but this will not affect your normal use of other features on this platform.
2.5 Statistical analysis. To analyze statistical metrics such as new user acquisition, activation, retention, and performance, we will collect your usage behavior and conduct information analysis.
2.6 Downloading Information and Images. When you need to download information and images posted by other users on the platform, we will request your authorization to access your photo album storage permissions for the purpose of downloading images. If you refuse to grant such authorization, you will be unable to use this feature to download images, but this will not affect your normal use of other features on this platform.
2.7 Product Development and Service Optimization. For example, when our system experiences a failure, we will record and analyze the information generated during the system failure, which may include (hardware model, operating system version number, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), unique device identifier, network device hardware address, IP address, Wi-Fi access point, Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operations, usage, and service logs) to optimize our services.
2.8 Security measures. For example, we may use your information (including account information, device information, and service log information) for identity verification, security precautions, anti-fraud monitoring, backup storage, and customer security services.
2.9 Allow this platform to send notifications. We can provide you with important notifications and reminders. If you refuse to provide or wish to disable notifications, you can go to Settings > Message Settings to disable message notifications. This will affect the delivery of important notifications to you but will not affect your normal use of other functions on this platform.
2.10 Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our promotional activities and other promotions.
2.11 Software updates. For example, software app authentication, upgrades, etc.
2.12 Inviting you to participate in surveys related to our services.
To enhance your experience, improve our services, or for other purposes with your consent, we may use information collected through certain services for our other services in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. For example, we may use information from your use of a particular service for user research analysis and statistics.
To ensure service security and help us better understand the operation of our application, we may record relevant information, such as the frequency of your application use, fault information, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. We will not combine the information stored in our analytics software with the identity information you provide in the application.
III. How We Use Cookies and Related Technologies

5.3 As our business continues to develop, in the event of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers that result in the sharing of your information with third parties, we will notify you of the relevant circumstances through push notifications, announcements, or other means, and will continue to protect your information or require the new manager to continue protecting your information in accordance with laws and regulations and standards no lower than those required by this policy.
5.4 We will use the information we collect for big data analysis. For example, we will use the information we collect to analyze and form city heat maps or industry insight reports that do not contain any information. Upon approval of the cancellation by the platform, your contractual relationship with the platform will terminate, and the platform will have no obligation to retain or disclose any information to you. However, the platform retains the right to continue using all information you posted during your use of the platform services.
