This Platform regards users' (hereinafter referred to as “users/you”) privacy information and trade secrets as the highest level of confidentiality. We respect and protect the privacy rights and trade secrets of all users.

This platform strictly complies with laws and regulations and adheres to the following privacy and trade secret protection principles to provide you with safer and more reliable services:

I. Information we collect

We collect only the information necessary to achieve the functionality of the software in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity. Currently, we only collect your information when you use the platform client. 

 

1 Account Registration and Authentication Information 

1.1 When you first register and log in to the platform client, you need to provide your mobile phone number and create a login password or the institutional information provided by the authentication authority. The above information is necessary for you to use the services of this platform. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to use our services normally.

1.2 Information We Collect When You Use Our Services

1.2.1 Business Information. This includes, but is not limited to, business name, business email address, contact person, business account, payment account, and other business-related information.

1.2.2 Personal Information. This includes, but is not limited to, name, contact information, payment account, and other personal information.

1.2.3 Log Information. When you use our services, we may automatically collect relevant information and store it as service log information.

1.2.4 Device information. For example, device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, software installation list, MAC address, IP address, GPS location information, software version number, gyroscope sensor, accelerometer sensor, and other software and hardware feature information.

1.2.5 Usage Data. Browsing and click records, software usage records.

1.2.6 Service Log Information. For example, information you search for or view while using our services, service fault information, referral URLs, etc.

1.2.7 Location information. When you use location-related services, we may record your device's location information to provide you with relevant services.

1.2.8 Transaction information. When you conduct transactions on the platform, we will collect necessary information related to the transaction, including but not limited to transaction amount, transaction product/service information, transaction time, transaction status, payment method, etc. This information will be used to record transaction details, ensure transaction security, and provide relevant services.

1.2.9 Product/service information. As a supplier, you may post information on the platform, including but not limited to product/service images, product/service descriptions, and product prices.

1.3 To provide you with more convenient, high-quality, and personalized products and/or services and enhance your experience, we may collect and use your information in the following additional services we provide to you. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of basic services such as the platform, but you may not be able to enjoy the user experience provided by these additional services. These additional services include:

1.3.1 To ensure timely communication of information, we will obtain your device's notification permissions to facilitate the timely delivery of information you need;

1.3.2 To help you better use our products or services, we will collect relevant information. For example, information you submit through our customer service, platform messages, or participation in events we organize. When you contact us, we may retain your communication/call records and content or the contact information you provide, to contact you or assist you in resolving issues, or to record the solutions and outcomes of related issues.

1.4 Some of our services may require you to provide specific personal sensitive information to achieve specific functions. If you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to use certain functions of the service normally, but this will not affect your use of other functions of the service. If you voluntarily provide specific personal sensitive information, it means that you agree to our processing of your personal sensitive information in accordance with the purposes and methods described in this policy.

 

II. How we collect and use your information

We strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations and our agreements with users, and use the collected information for the following purposes. If we use your information beyond the scope of these purposes, we will provide you with further explanation and obtain your consent.

2.1 Login and registration. When you register or log in to this platform, you can create an account using your mobile phone number and complete the relevant online identity verification information (password) and mobile verification code. This information is used to assist you in completing the registration process.

2.2 Enterprise Binding. After completing registration, if you wish to further explore or use the platform's features, we will require you to link your registered account with your enterprise information, among other details. Specific linked information is detailed in Section 1.2. If you refuse to provide such information, you will be unable to continue using the relevant features, but this will not affect your ability to use other platform functions normally.

2.3 To help you better experience the other features of third-party platforms we collaborate with, when you use the services provided by third-party platforms, we will share your aforementioned information with third-party partner platforms with your consent and authorization. If you do not allow this platform to provide your information to third parties, you will not be able to use the services provided by third-party platforms, but this will not affect your use of the features provided by this platform.

2.4 Posting information. When you need to use the information posting feature, we will request your authorization for camera and album permissions to upload information and image files. If you refuse to grant authorization, you will be unable to use this information posting feature, but this will not affect your normal use of other features on this platform.

2.5 Statistical analysis. To analyze statistical metrics such as new user acquisition, activation, retention, and performance, we will collect your usage behavior and conduct information analysis.

2.6 Downloading Information and Images. When you need to download information and images posted by other users on the platform, we will request your authorization to access your photo album storage permissions for the purpose of downloading images. If you refuse to grant such authorization, you will be unable to use this feature to download images, but this will not affect your normal use of other features on this platform.

2.7 Product Development and Service Optimization. For example, when our system experiences a failure, we will record and analyze the information generated during the system failure, which may include (hardware model, operating system version number, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), unique device identifier, network device hardware address, IP address, Wi-Fi access point, Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operations, usage, and service logs) to optimize our services.

2.8 Security measures. For example, we may use your information (including account information, device information, and service log information) for identity verification, security precautions, anti-fraud monitoring, backup storage, and customer security services.

2.9 Allow this platform to send notifications. We can provide you with important notifications and reminders. If you refuse to provide or wish to disable notifications, you can go to Settings > Message Settings to disable message notifications. This will affect the delivery of important notifications to you but will not affect your normal use of other functions on this platform.

2.10 Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our promotional activities and other promotions.

2.11 Software updates. For example, software app authentication, upgrades, etc.

2.12 Inviting you to participate in surveys related to our services.

To enhance your experience, improve our services, or for other purposes with your consent, we may use information collected through certain services for our other services in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. For example, we may use information from your use of a particular service for user research analysis and statistics.

To ensure service security and help us better understand the operation of our application, we may record relevant information, such as the frequency of your application use, fault information, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. We will not combine the information stored in our analytics software with the identity information you provide in the application.

 

III. How We Use Cookies and Related Technologies

To provide you with a more convenient access experience, when you use our products or services, we may use various technologies to collect and store data related to your access to this platform. When you access or revisit this platform, we can identify your identity and provide you with better and more services through data analysis. This includes using small data files to identify your identity, which is done to understand your usage habits, save you the trouble of repeatedly entering account information, or help determine your login status and account security. These data files include but are not limited to Cookies, Flash Cookies, and other local storage provided by your browser or associated applications (collectively referred to as “Cookies”).

We will not use Cookies for any purposes beyond those described in this Privacy Policy. You may manage or delete Cookies according to your preferences. You can clear all Cookies stored on your computer. Most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can typically modify your browser settings to refuse Cookies as needed. Additionally, you can clear all Cookies stored within the software. However, if you do so, you may need to manually adjust user settings each time you visit our platform, and any previously recorded information will be deleted.

4.1 You have the right to access, modify, and delete the registration information and other information you provide while using our services. We will take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you can access and correct your information as much as possible.

4.2 We will collect and use your information solely for the purpose of achieving the functionality of our products or services, as described in this policy. If you discover that we have collected or used your information in violation of laws, administrative regulations, or our mutual agreement, you may request that we delete it. 5.2.4 To understand, maintain, and improve our services. 

If we share your information with the aforementioned third parties, we will use encryption, anonymization, and other measures to ensure the security of your information.

5.3 As our business continues to develop, in the event of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers that result in the sharing of your information with third parties, we will notify you of the relevant circumstances through push notifications, announcements, or other means, and will continue to protect your information or require the new manager to continue protecting your information in accordance with laws and regulations and standards no lower than those required by this policy.

5.4 We will use the information we collect for big data analysis. For example, we will use the information we collect to analyze and form city heat maps or industry insight reports that do not contain any information. We may publicly disclose and share with our partners information that has been statistically processed and does not contain any personally identifiable content, in order to understand how users use our services or to let the public understand the overall usage trends of our services.

5.5 We may disclose your information for the following purposes: 

5.5.1 To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other relevant provisions; 

5.5.2 To comply with court judgments, rulings, arbitration awards, or other legal procedures; 

5.5.3 To comply with requests from relevant government agencies or other legally authorized organizations; 

5.5.4 When we have reasonable grounds to believe that compliance with laws, regulations, and other relevant provisions is necessary;

5.5.5 To enforce relevant service agreements or this policy, protect public interests, or safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our customers, us, our affiliated companies, other users, or employees.

5.6 We may send you information in the following two scenarios:

5.6.1 Information Pushes

When you use our services, we may send you SMS messages, news updates, or push notifications.

5.6.2 Service-Related Announcements

We may send you service-related announcements when necessary (e.g., when a service is temporarily suspended due to system maintenance). You cannot opt out of these service-related announcements, which are not considered advertisements.

6.2 Duration of Information Storage

Generally, we retain your information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the intended purpose. However, in the following circumstances, we may need to adjust the storage period to comply with legal requirements: 

6.2.1 To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other relevant provisions; 

6.2.2 To comply with court judgments, rulings, arbitration awards, or other legal procedures; 

6.2.3 To comply with requests from relevant government agencies or legally authorized organizations;

6.2.4 When we have reasonable grounds to believe that compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or other relevant provisions is necessary; 

6.2.5 To enforce relevant service agreements or this policy, protect public interests, or safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our customers, us, our affiliated companies, other users, or employees. 

When our products or services cease operations, we will notify you via methods such as push notifications or announcements and delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable timeframe.

We provide appropriate security measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. 

7.1 We strictly comply with laws and regulations to protect the transmission of user information. 

7.2 We will use various security measures within a reasonable security level to ensure the security of information. 

7.3 We have established specialized management systems, processes, and organizations to ensure information security. For example, we strictly limit the scope of personnel who can access information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations, and conduct reviews.

7.4 In the event of a security incident such as information leakage, we will activate our emergency response plan to prevent the incident from escalating and notify you via push notifications, announcements, or other means.

X. Account Cancellation 

If you decide to no longer use the platform services, you should apply for cancellation under “My-Settings-Cancel Account” after completing all ongoing transactions on the platform, subject to platform review. Upon approval of the cancellation by the platform, your contractual relationship with the platform will terminate, and the platform will have no obligation to retain or disclose any information to you. However, the platform retains the right to continue using all information you posted during your use of the platform services.
